The Springs consists of 101 units tucked in the woods next to the River Run Village retail district making it a quiet convenient location. It is one of the most amenity rich properties in River Run. It is currently a short walk to the ski lifts. When the new River Run Gondola is relocated to the Hunki Dori parking lot in 2008 it will be possible to ski to and from the loading terminal during ski season .
The Springs is a very kid friendly property. The grounds are wooded and are improved with two hot tubs, an all weather swimming pool, water slide, gas grill and picnic area. The lobby consists of a two story vaulted ceiling with running water fall. The fitness center includes a sauna steam room. A kids play room, pool table, and home theatre room adjoin the lobby. A ski storage facility with individual ski lockers are on the ground level. Bike storage is available in a seperate room adjacent to the underground parking. Guests have access to the two washer/dryer laundry facilities in the building. The shuttle bus stop is on the corner.
